01GENERAL

Prices/waiting times are subject to change based on demand.

We have the right to refuse any commission.

We will update you with pictures of your art as we progress.
 
Turnaround time is 2-28 business days. Depending on the number of commissions and how big your order is.

You get 4 revisions, anything else will be 5 USD extra.

02 PAYMENT

Our only payment service at the moment is either Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp.

{Most} Commissions under $100 will be paid 100% upfront, and those above $100 can do 50% to start and the other 50% upon picture approval for the finished product {If asked first}. This only pertains to single illustrations, not a large project or multiple images.

Please DO NOT PAY before we both have agreed upon the order amount [especially returning customers!] or before we have let you know if we have an available slot for your commission

The Following is Considered Copyright Infringement

Reproduction/using the artwork commercially as in making money from it without paying for the rights or not establishing that's what you want to do in the beginning is against the Terms of Service.

Claiming artwork as your own.

Altering artwork without our consent.

Not giving us credit, when used commercially.

Rights are $100 and up

04 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The buyer is not allowed a refund once production has begun.

If for any reason we can not start your commission you will receive a full refund.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel an order before we start.

Once the product has shipped Avoid Idle is no longer responsible for any damage or lost packages that may occur while being shipped. A partial refund will be given with proper proof from the shipping company.

If you require a refund, do not file a dispute or chargeback with Paypal, we will transfer the money ourselves.

Suppose you file a dispute or a chargeback with Paypal when getting a refund after our agreement. In that case, You will NOT receive a refund, we will own the rights to the art and will supply PayPal with our conversation and our terms of service which you agreed to, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning with us again.
